At Elyno, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your jewellery without unnecessary delays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, sales, product launches, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, high order volume, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, Elyno may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout or on the website.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Elyno is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier or postal service.

Elyno is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control.

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.

Elyno is not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Elyno is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Refunds for returned packages may exclude original shipping fees.
