UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Elyno jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
