UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
UK delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after processing
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched, where available
Free UK delivery on orders over £30

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next working day.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at elyno.uk@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
